Hamburg, Germany - The International Green Hydrogen Mission began last Monday (03/04/2023). The first day's itinerary included a visit to Hamburg's Renewable Energy Cluster - EEHH and the H2 Core Systems electrolyzer factory in Heide. The mission aims to explore the possibilities of green hydrogen in transforming the energy sector worldwide.
During the visit to Hamburg's Renewable Energy Cluster - EEHH, participants had the opportunity to learn about the technologies and projects that are transforming the energy sector in the region. The cluster is one of Germany's main centers for the development of renewable energy technologies and has been a significant driver of the energy transition in the country.
Next, the delegation visited the H2 Core Systems electrolyzer factory in Heide. The company produces equipment that converts water into clean and renewable hydrogen, one of the main fuels for the energy transition worldwide. The visit allowed participants to get a closer look at the equipment production process and better understand how green hydrogen can be produced sustainably.
After the factory visit, the delegation had the opportunity to recharge with a delicious lunch in the city and then took a brief tour of Hamburg's historic center, learning more about the local culture and history.
The mission is composed of delegations from various countries who share an interest in exploring the possibilities of green hydrogen. The initiative has become increasingly important in the fight against climate change and the search for cleaner and more sustainable energy sources.
The International Green Hydrogen Mission is a unique opportunity for participants to learn about the technologies and projects that are transforming the energy sector worldwide. The mission will continue in the coming days with visits to other companies and institutions throughout Germany, with the goal of learning and sharing knowledge about the possibilities of green hydrogen.
